We do not collect or store financial account details unless explicitly required for future payment services.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• To facilitate communications between customers and Movers.
• To generate and provide accurate quotes.
• To send confirmations, notifications, and support communications.
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the Platform.
• To comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Personal information relating to a customer will not be disclosed to any Mover until such time as the customer accepts a quote. Prior to acceptance, Movers will only be provided with anonymised or limited job information necessary to prepare a quotation

We may disclose personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• To Movers or Customers: Once a customer accepts a quotation, the relevant information necessary to complete the job will be shared.
• To Service Providers: Where third parties provide hosting, IT support, or related services under contract with us.
• For Legal Compliance: Where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government authority.

We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

• All personal information is stored securely and protected by appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
• While we employ industry-standard security measures, no system is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data.
• Personal information may be stored or backed up in servers located outside New Zealand, in jurisdictions that may have different privacy standards. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards are in place.

• We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and analyse traffic patterns.
• You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, doing so may restrict access to certain features of the Platform.

In accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
